If I had to choose a minute daily routine, this would not be a bad one, and might be better than other common vinyasana combinations like the sun salutation. The feet should stay in the same place through this whole exercise. In fact, there was nothing I didn’t already know. It is all very vague. The Five A.kilham can be a powerful vehicle not only for enlivening the senses but also for generating and harnessing vital energy for selftransformation. I have been doing these daily and enjoy them.
